Special Note on Deliveries to Funeral Homes – if your arrangement is to be delivered to a funeral home, there are a couple of things of which you should be aware. Funeral home deliveries are often made to an unattended receiving room. From there, staff will move them to the room where the visitation or service will take place. Your flowers may sit in the receiving room for a while before being moved. You can help us by: 1. Providing the time of the first visitation, if you know it. If you don’t know it, we will attempt to determine what it is. 2. Giving us sufficient time to do the delivery before the first visitation. If you re unsure of the timing, please call the store to discuss it with us. We will make special delivery arrangements if we can.
